Apparel Returns

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery for unworn and unwashed items in original clear packaging. All items must be dropped off within 6 days of receiving the return label (Total maximum of 20 days to return any items).

Any shirts with tags removed cannot be returned or exchanged. Items must be returned in the original clear packaging and condition. DO NOT ship the returned goods without an additional box or bag outside of the clear packaging bag. If there are any issues, we will either deduct 20% from the refund or reject the return.Returns will be closed after the return window and no refunds will be made. Buyers will cover return shipping and a restocking fee starting at $3 depending on the number of items returned. The restocking fee will be waived for exchanges and store credits. 

All discounted/imperfect and made-to-order products (i.e. chest print tees) are final sale and not eligible for return.

Buyers are responsible for associated shipping fees, but the restocking fee will be waived.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

International orders

We accept exchanges and returns for international orders however, buyers are responsible for purchasing the necessary shipping labels. Please reach out to us at hello@hitorii.com to inform us of your request.

PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for any customs and duties incurred via international shipments. Rejected shipments will not be refunded.

MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR COUNTRY'S DUTIES POLICIES, AS SPLITTING YOUR ORDER INTO TWO SMALLER SHIPMENTS MAY BE CHEAPER OVERALL.
