The Fragaria Virginia, commonly known as the Mountain (or Wild) Strawberry, is a pre-domesticated North American strawberry. The genus name comes from the Latin word fragrans - fragrant - in reference to the perfume of the fruit.
We came across this plant while looking for inspiration in nature and loved the aesthetic. It reminds us of the beauty of vegetation untampered by humans.
